ขั้นตอนระเบียบการนำหน่วย Troop Leading Procedure

Troop Leading Procedure (TLP) is a military method for leading soldiers to complete a mission.  As there is a lot of similarity between the military and emergency response, we look at how to apply the 8 steps of Troop Leading Procedure in emergency services.  



The limit of TLP is that it only focuses on leading people to accomplish an objective or mission, it does not cover other important leadership concepts such as responsibility, development, and delegation.  TLP does give an effective template for any person to fill a leadership role and lead others to accomplish a goal.

Heart Rate (HR) For First Aid and First Responders ภาษาไทย မြန်မာဘာသာစကားအတွက် ဤနေရာကိုနှိပ်ပါ။ The number of heart beats in 1 minute or, for the romantic types, the frequency of the heart. We measure this by feeling the pulse at an artery, usually the radial for adults, brachial for infants, and the carotid for unresponsive patients. Radial – feel in the groove between the radius (bone on the thumb side of the wrist) and the flexor tendons, push down to feel the pulse. Brachial – feel in the groove between the humerus (bone for the upper arm) and the bicep muscles (where their beach muscles should be), push in to feel the pulse. Carotid – feel in the groove between the larynx (the airway tube at the front of their neck) and the SCM muscles (those muscles along the side of their neck), push in to feel the pulse.
